The Ocean Academy is a specially curated concept by mgp Erlebnis Raum Design. The Intermedia Wall offers expedition passengers a unique opportunity to engage with scientific topics and deepen their experiences.

Up to five people can explore, research, and discover over 250 interactive contributions, covering subjects from marine research and ethnology to astronomy, technology, law, and society. The focus is on delivering digital knowledge in an innovative and immersive way.

The 5-meter-wide Intermedia Wall brings the world of UNESCO World Heritage Sites [ to life at the Fagus Factory. Through touch and swipe gestures, international visitors can seamlessly explore heritage sites across various categories, enhanced by a high resolution, intuitive, and immersive display.

The dynamic motion of the images, inspired by natural physics, creates an engaging and interactive experience, inviting visitors to discover history in a playful and captivating way.
